You can report a repair by using the repair request form below or call us on 0800 052 9922. 
As a Gateway tenant you have a right to expect repair work to be done quickly and efficiently.
Gateway has a responsibility to:
- Keep the structure and the outside of your home in good condition
- Repair items inside your home such as kitchen units, doors, pipes, heating and so on
- Make sure that water, electricity and gas are supplied safely and that sanitary waste is taken away properly.
- Repair and maintain shared areas.
You have responsibilities too and must tell us about any repair that needs doing as soon as you can.
Please note that the form below should not be used if your repair is an emergency. If you have an emergency repair request and our office is closed, please call 0800 085 6064.
