Short Notice Inspection

Gateway was inspected by the Audit Commission in October 2009. The inspectors looked at three main areas:

  • income management
  • gas servicing
  • responsive repairs.

These areas were scrutinised for how we perform in relation to diversity, value-for-money and access and customer care.

The Audit Commission have sent a letter to all our residents.

Since receiving the report, we hve been working closely with residents through focus groups and other meetings to agree an action plan to improve our services. This has now been submitted to the Audit Commission.

When the Audit Commission approve our action plan, we will continue to work with residents to implement it over the next three months. This will hopefully lead to noticeable improvements for all our services to residents.
