Our Customer Service team is your one-stop point of contact when you phone us or visit the office.
They are responsible for answering all your basic queries, such as reporting repairs and rent account enquiries. They will only transfer your call to another officer if they are unable to answer your query in full.

Our head office is directly opposite Mile End tube station on the Central, District and Hammersmith and City lines. The entrance to the office is in Rhondda Grove.
We are on bus routes 25, 205, 277, D6, D7, 323, 339 and 425.
Visit Transport for London to find the best route for your journey.
We have two visitor parking bays and a disabled bay on our forecourt on Rhondda Grove. If you are attending a meeting and would like to book one of these bays, please let us know.
There is also some pay and display and on-street permit parking on Rhondda Grove and the surrounding streets.
